News: Jeeves and Wooster in Perfect Nonsense returns to mark 140th P.G. Wodehouse anniversary

Jeeves and Wooster in Perfect Nonsense is set to return to mark the 140th anniversary of author P.G. Wodehouse, starring Matthew Cavendish as Bertie Wooster and Andrew Ashford as Jeeves.

An Olivier Award-winning comedy, the Goodale Brothers’ show is a joyous reimagining of the classic characters, and features three actors who jump from role to tole to tell the story of Bertie’s farcical adventures.

Directed by The Theatre Chipping Norton’s Artistic Director John Terry, the production Andrew Ashford (The Full Monty, The Ladykillers), Cavendish (The Play That Goes Wrong, A Comedy About A Bank Robbery) and Andrew Cullum (For King and Country, The Crown) as Seppings.

The production features original music composed by Eamonn O’Dwyer, design by Alex Marker, lighting design by Christopher Nairne, sound design by Harry Smith and movement direction by Bronya Deutsch.
