News: David Jason and Stephanie Cole in A Cold Supper Behind Harrods available on demand

A Cold Supper Behind Harrods, starring David Jason, Stephanie Cole and Anton Lesser is set to be released on demand from 22 June to 22 September.

Original Theatre Company, in association with Perfectly Normal Productions, have announced that the production will be available to stream online. The recording of the play reading was filmed on stage at Oxford Playhouse and was directed by Philip Franks. 

David Jason, Stephanie Cole and Anton Lesser were also the original stars of the BBC Radio 4 play, A Cold Supper Behind Harrods, which was presented on BBC Radio 4 on Friday 7 September 2012, also directed by Philip Franks.

The performance, which was followed by a Q&A, will be available via Original Theatre’s website.

Jason plays John Harrison, Cole plays Vera Atkins and Lesser plays Leo Marks. Further cast includes Saffron Coomber and Lucy Doyle.

A Cold Supper Behind Harrods is designed by Adrian Linford, with sound design by Max Pappenheim, and it was filmed by Matt Hargraves and his team from North South Culture.
