News: West End premiere for new production of Saturday Night Fever announced

A West End premiere has been announced for this brand new production of musical Saturday Night Fever. The show will play at the Peacock Theatre in London from 1 February to 26 March.

Saturday Night Fever tells the story of Tony Manero and his reckless road to dancing success. The musical features greatest hits by the Bee Gees, includingStayin’ Alive”, “How Deep Is Your Love”, “Night Fever”, “Tragedy” andMore Than a Woman”, plus new songs granted with special permission from the band, includingToo Much Heaven” andWords”.

This new production from Bill Kenwright will feature new choreography, as well as onstage actor-musicians in the roles of the Bee Gees.

The production is directed and produced by Bill Kenwright, with choreography by Olivier Award-winner Bill Deamer, design by Gary McCann, lighting by Nick Richings, and sound by Dan Samson. The stage adaptation is by Robert Stigwood in collaboration with Bill Oakes.
