Nicky Sweetland popped along to the launch of The King and I to get a preview performance from the cast and to chat to Na-Young Jeon and Dean John Wilson about the show.

Dean John Wilson and Na-Young Jeon will play the young lovers, Lun Tha and Tuptim in the Broadway transfer of The King and I at the London Palladium.

Making their West End debuts are the original Broadway stars; reprising her Tony Award winning performance and ‘Broadway musical’s undisputed Queen’ (The Sunday Times), Kelli O’Hara (Anna), Tony and Oscar nominee Ken Watanabe (The King), and reprising her Tony Award-winning performance, Ruthie Ann Miles (Lady Thiang).Joining the cast are major Japanese film and television star Takao Osawa as the Kralahome, trusted adviser to The King of Siam.
