Online platform stream.theatre are to present over fifteen captivating events to keep people entertained during lockdown, including plenty of exclusive premieres. Celebrating acclaimed international drama and musicals throughout January and February, the productions and events will be available via a pay-per-view system.
Events feature two plays exploring American politics, including John Moore’s Waiting for Obama, and Kennedy: Bobby’s Last Crusade, as well as the critically-acclaimed productions of Little Wars, Philip Ridley’s The Poltergeist and an exclusive revival of Terence Rattigan’s All On Her Own, starring Janie Dee.
Musicals include the world premiere of new British musical The Sorcerer’s Apprentice, as well as two foreign language musicals: Seoul’s Sejong Center hugely popular production of Frank Wildhorn’s Xcalibur and Moscow Peretta Theatre’s Anna Karenina.
Further productions include Potted Panto, Waiting for Obama, Untapped, Roles We’ll Never Play, Southwark Playhouse’s acclaimed production of The Last Five Years, Peter Polycarpou’s Falling Stars, Wolverhampton Literature Festival and Sasha Regan’s all-male Pirates of Penzance.
