News: Exclusive online concert for explosive new musical Treason to be followed by UK premiere

Explosive new musical drama Treason arrives at Cadogan Hall for an exclusive concert to be streamed in February 2021.

Filmed live from the venue, the production will be available to stream from 12 to 14 February, with a full musical show to follow later in the year.

Treason features music and lyrics by Ricky Allan, book by Allan and Kieran Lynn, with direction from Hannah Chissick, musical supervision by Nick Pinchbeckand orchestration by Matthew Malone.

Based on the notorious gunpowder plot of 1605, the exciting new musical drama is a fusion of original folk and pop songs, and tells the tale of one of England’s most intriguing historical events.

After releasing three tracks earlier this year, the concert will also showcase a further five new and unheard tracks from the show.
