Arden and Moore announce that, due to popular demand, new online comedy The Three Musketeers – attempted by FoolHardy is to extend its online run, available from 15 June until 27 June.
The Three Musketeers – attempted by FoolHardy is written by Sydney Stevenson and directed by Joseph O’Malley.
Cast includes Robert Lindsay as the Narrator, Dianne Pilkington as Sarah Noble, David Bedella as Josh Hemingway, Matthew Curnier as Greg Matthews, Antony Eden as David Du Lesley, Sarah Kameela Impey as Jamie Aston and Lydea Perkins as Maisie Stephens.
Brought to life by the fantastical FoolHardy Theatre, a company with questionable theatrical training, no experience and no taste, the classic tale is rejuvenated with audio and animation. A swashbuckling adventure, expect sword fights, deception and a right royal romance as audiences are taken back to the regal splendour of 17th century France in this exciting, madcap comedy.
The production partners with venues across the UK, including Theatre Royal Winchester; Epsom Playhouse; Lighthouse, Poole; Concordia Theatre, Hinckley; Mull Theatre; The Forum Theatre, Northallerton; The Savoy Theatre, Monmouth; The Beggar’s Theatre, Millom; Blue Orange Theatre, Birmingham; Hertford Theatre; The Quarry Theatre, Bedford; Stamford Arts Centre; The Holroyd, Shropshire; The Lighthouse Theatre, Kettering; Helmsley Arts Centre, York; and, Waterside, Manchester.
Creative team includes composer and sound designer Richard Wetherall and animator Barbara Owczarek.
