News: Meet the new West End SIX Queens!

New West End Queens have been announced for musical SIX at the Vaudeville Theatre.

For the first time in SIX her-story, the show will feature a completely new cast, with their first performance landing on Tuesday 16 November.

Cast features Amy Di Bartolomeo (Bat Out of Hell the Musical) as Catherine of Aragon, Amanda Lindgren (South Pacific) as Anne Boleyn, Claudia Kariuki (School of  Rock the Musical) as Jane Seymour, Dionne Ward-Anderson (Footloose UK tour) as Anna of Cleves, Tsemaye Bob-Egbe (Tina – The Tina Turner Musical) as Katherine Howard and recent Royal Academy of Music graduate Meesha Turner as Catherine Parr.

Alternates are Paisley Billings (Catherine of Aragon, Anna of Cleves), Danielle Rose (Anne Boleyn, Katherine Howard) and Roxanne Couch (Jane Seymour, Catherine Parr), with Rachel Rawlinson as Swing and Esme Rothero as Swing and Dance Captain.

Electrifying musical SIX, penned by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, has truly become a global phenomenon, also now playing on Broadway. The show has been nominated for five Olivier Awards, and won the BBC Radio 2 Audience Award for Best Musical at the WhatsOnStage Awards.

The production is co-directed by Lucy Moss and Jamie Armitage, with choreography by Carrie-Anne Ingrouille. Creative team includes set designer Emma Bailey, costume designer Gabriella Slade, lighting designer Tim Deiling and sound designer Paul Gatehouse. The score features orchestrations by Tom Curran with music supervision and vocal arrangements by Joe Beighton. Casting is by Pearson Casting.
