
Aimie Atkinson and Danny Mac will lead the cast in the London production of Pretty Woman the Musical.
Aimie will play Vivian, the role made famous by Julia Roberts, while Danny will take on the role of the high-powered businessman Edward Lewis played by Richard Gere in the 1990 film version.
Pretty Woman the Musical, which started at Chicago’s Oriental Theatre before transferring to Broadway, will begin previews at London’s Piccadilly Theatre on 13 February 2020.
Aimie Atkinson, who is perhaps best known for originating the role of Katherine Howard in Six the Musical, will take on the role made famous in the film version by Julia Roberts and played by Samantha Barks on Broadway.
Danny Mac is currently in White Christmas at the Dominion Theatre, but was previously a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing.
